1. About Newvelion
Newvelion is a commerce infrastructure platform designed to connect sellers, producers and suppliers with customers in supported markets. The platform may provide product discovery, affiliate attribution, customer order information, checkout redirection, delivery coordination, seller wallets and related services.
The legal entity operating Newvelion, including its registered name, registration number and registered address, will be identified in the final version of these Terms once the operating company is formally registered.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using Newvelion, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and other policies applicable to the service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and meet the minimum legal age required to enter into the applicable agreement in your jurisdiction. Where required, Newvelion may request identity or business verification.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You must not create an account using another person's identity or provide materially false information.
5. Marketplace
Product availability, prices, commissions, delivery estimates and other product information may change. Newvelion may remove products that do not meet platform requirements.
Product suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide about their products, subject to Newvelion's platform rules and applicable law.
6. Sellers and affiliate links
Sellers may receive unique links for eligible products. Attribution is determined according to Newvelion's tracking and attribution systems.
Sellers must not manipulate clicks, create fraudulent transactions, purchase through their own affiliate links, impersonate Newvelion or make misleading claims about products.
7. Orders and payments
Depending on the product and market, Newvelion may collect customer order information and redirect the customer to an external checkout or payment provider.
External payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. A payment being initiated does not by itself guarantee that an order has been confirmed.
8. Commissions
Eligible seller commissions are calculated according to the commission configuration applicable to the product and the transaction.
Commissions may be held temporarily to account for refunds, disputes, fraud checks, delivery issues or other legitimate adjustments.
9. Withdrawals
Available funds may be withdrawn through payment methods made available for the seller's country and account. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
Any withdrawal fees, minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times and supported payment methods will be disclosed through the platform when applicable.
10. Buyer protection and refunds
Customer protection, returns and refunds are governed by the applicable product policy, order terms and mandatory consumer rights in the customer's jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent orders or payment activity.
- Self-referrals or artificial transactions.
- Manipulation of clicks, attribution or platform metrics.
- Use of another person's identity or payment information.
- Sale or promotion of prohibited products.
- Misleading, deceptive or unlawful advertising.
- Attempts to bypass platform security.
- Unauthorised access to another account.
12. Intellectual property
Newvelion's software, branding, interface, logos, text and platform technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without permission.
13. Third-party services
Newvelion may integrate with payment providers, logistics providers, communication services, analytics services and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms.
14. Suspension and termination
Newvelion may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected fraud, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
15. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Newvelion is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, third-party services, inaccurate information supplied by users or unlawful activity performed by users.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required by law.
18. Governing law
The governing law and competent courts will depend on the legal entity operating the relevant Newvelion service, the customer's or seller's jurisdiction and mandatory applicable law.
