1. Seller role
Sellers and affiliates use Newvelion to promote products supplied by producers and suppliers. Sellers are responsible for complying with these terms and applicable laws.
2. Affiliate links
Each seller may receive unique tracking links. Sellers must not alter, manipulate, hide, or misuse these links in a way that interferes with attribution.
3. Promotion
Sellers must use truthful advertising and must not make misleading claims about products, prices, discounts, earnings, health benefits, delivery, or guarantees.
4. Commissions
Commissions are calculated according to the product's configured commission terms and Newvelion's applicable financial rules. A sale may be subject to verification, cancellation, refund, fraud review, or a holding period before funds become withdrawable.
5. Prohibited activity
- Self-referrals or artificial orders.
- Manipulation of clicks or attribution.
- Spam or deceptive advertising.
- False product claims.
- Unauthorized use of another person's identity or account.
- Promotion of products through unlawful channels.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available balance, applicable fees, fraud controls, and Newvelion's withdrawal procedures.
7. Account termination
Newvelion may restrict or suspend seller accounts when there is suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, or activity that creates risk for customers, suppliers, sellers, or the platform.
